Last date of prosecution has by prosecutor Fredrik Ingblad been requested to be extended from 2012-04-13 to 2012-06-13. Initial request of 2012-09-03, was during the opening court session not accepted.

Swepiracy servers are estimated to arrive in Swedish territory in three months. Keyperson(s) are to be prosecuted not later than April 13, 11:00. The TPB public defender Per E. Samuelson is now also assigned to the Swepiracy case.

At 08 AM Friday morning, Swepiracy servers and keyperson(s) were raided by police authorities in the Netherlands and Sweden.
